If you can't find what you're looking for, call the shop — someone answers during opening hours.
- What are your opening hours?
- Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The shop is closed Saturday and Sunday. Vehicles left the night before can be dropped in the key box.
- Do I need an appointment?
- No, we don't work by appointment. Come by during opening hours, or call before making the trip: we'll tell you how busy the shop is and the best time of day.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Debit, Visa, Mastercard and cash. Payment is taken when you collect the vehicle, after we go through the invoice with you.
- Do you offer towing?
- Towing and roadside help are covered by AutoPLACE roadside assistance, included with eligible repairs, day and night.
- Do you store off-season tires?
- Yes, on site. Tires are washed, labelled and kept under cover; we call you when the season turns.
- Do you work on every make?
- Yes. North American, European and Asian vehicles — gas, diesel and hybrid.
Our story
Joe Pompeo opened the shop in 1969, on Shevchenko Boulevard. Three generations later the same family still works here: the tools have changed, the way a customer is treated hasn't — we explain, we show you the part, we give the price before starting.
